From 2004 till now, the company obtained first-class architecture design, first-class urban and rural planning design, second -class civil air defense project special design, second –class landscape special design, second –class municipal administration special design, second –class project consultation. The company develops to total process consult and design main contractor. The strength of company rises by year, market occupation rate leads the first, now develops to famous design institute in Liaoning Province even in the nation. Design realm expands to the three provinces in Northeast China, Northern China, ShanDong Province and so on.

The enterprise transfer qualification upgraded. Merged with Dalian Real Estate Group design company and founded Dalian Institute of Urban and Architecture Design in 2000, directly belonged to Dalian Real Estate Group. The qualification upgraded to first-class architecture design, second-class urban and rural planning design. The institute transferred to limited liability company, from government-sponsored institute to private enterprise.

The name of the company changed to Dalian Institute of Urban and Architecture Design in1995. The team got stronger, design misson increased, popularity raised, achieved crossing development from design company to design institute.

Dalian Municipal Construction Development Group Design Company was founded in 1984, belonged to Dalian Municipal Planning Bureau. The company was second-class architecture design, designed and accomplished a great number of urban new district development construction projects, designed and accomplished the first batch of commercial residence after Economic Reform and Open Up, accumulated abundant residence planning and design experience.
